The cabin was stunning. There were a couple of televisions and or remotes that didn't work on the top floor and bottom floor due to missing batteries from the remote or television just wouldn't power on.

The cabin was perfect for our girls weekend get away! I didn’t realize it was Rod Run weekend so traffic was extremely heavy. I called to let them know I was gonna be late and they were very understanding, so the staff was excellent. Kitchen was very well stocked ( more so than any other cabin I’ve stayed in). The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of extra towels. The cabin was pretty new so everything was clean and in good working condition. The only complaint, if you wanna call it that, is the pool area wasn’t completely finished as in there wasn’t any lights in there other than on blue light inside the pool. And the hot tub area wasn’t complete either but that didn’t stop us from using hot tub. The only suggestions I could make is maybe putting some blinds/ curtains up in the main level because we felt so “exposed” just walking thru the cabin. And maybe putting some under Cabinet lighting in the kitchen because with having no “privacy” we kept the lights off most of the time on the main level and it would have been nice to see counter space better when using the kitchen. Other than that the place was perfect. We truly enjoyed ourself and we will definitely book again. Thank you for a relaxing weekend in this cabin and in my opinion the best place in the world. THE GREAT SMOKEY MOUNTAINS!

We had an excellent time and the cabin was perfect for our event. I had several couples come in from out of town and got a larger cabin. They all loved the place and had a great time. We had a couple issues at cabin but they sent maintenance out and they got there quick and resolved the issues. Great job!!!

From the moment I called and spoke with the woman to help me, until the moment we checked out, our stay was perfect. The transaction was seamless and the cabin was absolutely amazing. It was my dream home! We loved everything about it. We even had a momma bear and 3 cubs visit our property while we were in the hot tub. I was sad to leave but do hope to return to this very cabin again in the future!

We had a blast during our stay at Soaring Eagle over this past summer. The cabin had everything we could wish for on offer... games, a theater and 2 hot tubs! My family needed a nice getaway from the strains of the past year. This cabin helped us achieve that. Despite there being 20 of us, we were still able to spread out when we wanted to and still enjoy each other in the common spaces. The kids loved playing pool and foosball. The adults enjoyed watching movies in the theater room. We highly recommend this cabin!
