Great condo and beautiful property! Had to contact your office for a dead battery on the door lock. The maintenance technician was coordinated and out to help within 5 minutes! Only item I’ll point out is the cleaners were at our door ready to come in at 9:50 AM on our check out day. We had one more load to take down to our car, so we were surprised to see them before 10:00 AM. Thanks fora great vacation from start to finish!

Your staff was great!!! and answered our two problem calls immediately. The unit itself was very very clean and so very well stocked with everything one would need. Plenty of cups, glasses of all kinds, pots, pans, blender, 2 coffee pots, plastic storage containers. I never stayed in a unit that well equipped with stuff. Xplorie did their job well as did the company we ordered the crib & high chair from. Pool at Hampton was very nice as well. Overall a very pleasant vacation. Now, the issues we had that should not have happened. First, and your maintenance people can confirm, we could NOT use the deck, via the sliding door, ALL week. The door could not be opened due to the wheels on the bottom of the door being worn out. They need to be replaced and my understanding, from the maintenance men ,were that they ordered them. Obivously that didn't help us. It would have been nice to sit out there in the morning and evening. 2nd issue was that we lost all internet connection for most of Thursday. We called and your men were there within 5 minutes. They found out that Havland turned it off for non payment of a bill. Your men called back to the office with the information and someone took care of the issue. TV service was back within 15 minutes. Hope this helps. The door issue needs to get fixed. Not something you want when your clients are paying over $3,200/week.

Excellent stay. Only criticism is the master bed needs deep pocketed fitted sheets. It came off pretty frequently.

The property was gorgeous online and just amazing in person. Details, cleanliness, everyday supplies and necessities were available, so thought out. The covered lanai pool was awesome to chill even when it rained. There were 7 in our party, 6 adults, 1 child. It could use 1 additional full bathroom upstairs; otherwise, no complaints from us. Looking forward to returning.

Very accommodating when we needed to be moved. However as much as it was an upgrade for the inconvenience the condo was very old, dated furniture and seemed moldy.
